The PGAV is pleased to be one of twelve industry organisations involved in the Vaccinated Economy Trials. Three regional galleries taking part in the Trial across six local government areas Bendigo Art Gallery, East Gippsland Art Gallery and Warrnambool Art Gallery. The participating galleries will help test the systems and technologies that will allow Victoria to reopen safely and begin on the road to economic recovery.
From 11 October, all visitors over the age of 16 must be fully vaccinated and will need to provide proof of their vaccination status to attend the three participating galleries. This is in advance of the state reaching the 70% double dose vaccination threshold, when significant parts of the economy will reopen only to the fully vaccinated.
Acceptable proof of vaccination status (with proof of ID) includes:
• COVID-19 Digital Certificate uploaded to the Services Victoria app.
• COVID-19 Digital Certificate uploaded to phone wallet
• Official Australian Immunisation Register certificate
• Printed COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
• Medical exemption with valid, original letter signed and issued by a specified medical practitioner class ID
Please note the following will not be accepted as proof of vaccination status:
• Vaccine appointment card
• Valid vaccination documentation without proof of ID
• Negative COVID-19 test result

Once you’ve added your COVID-19 digital certificate to your Service Victoria app, it will show proof of vaccination each time you check into a venue.
