New SAM ground floor opens

The new Shepparton Art Museum (SAM) building opens to the public on Wednesday 31 March.
The ground floor of the building comprising the Greater Shepparton Visitor Centre, Kaiela Arts and the SAM shop will be open.
With the Shepparton Art Museum located over four floors, levels two to four will remain closed until the artwork is installed. The café and rooftop event space are also closed until a later date.
The official Grand Opening is expected to take place in October.
