Catalyst - funding transferred to Australia Council

Tuesday April 18th, 2017

The return of unallocated funding from the Catalyst program to the Australia Council for the Arts will result in just under $3 million being injected into the Australia Council’s grants programs in 2017-18 with increases in future years once Catalyst contract commitments conclude. Existing Catalyst grants will be transferred to the Australia Council. Any applications in the current round (submitted by 18 March) will be assessed through the existing Catalyst guidelines. Eligibility criteria regarding who can apply for project grants will not change for the June 2017 round. Read the media release - New Portfolio arrangements for the Arts here
