Pour Paint by Debbie Van Ravenstein showcases the expressive and therapeutic power of art. Using fluid, layered colours, Debbie explores movement and emotion, creating pieces that evoke calm and joy. Returning to painting after many years, she has rediscovered the power of creativity to uplift and inspire. Through her work, Debbie highlights the importance of artistic expression in enhancing well-being, mindfulness, and connection. This exhibition is a testament to how engaging in creative pursuits can bring renewal and purpose. Her journey encourages others to embrace art as a source of healing, self-expression, and personal transformation.

About the artist 
Debbie Van Ravenstein is a self-taught artist whose passion for painting has been reignited. Her work embraces the fluidity of pour-painting, capturing movement and emotion through vibrant colour. Encouraged by her occupational therapist, Debbie has used art to enhance her well-being, Puppy and Angel, fostering mindfulness and motivation. Supported by her two beloved dogs, this show is a significant milestone in her artistic journey. Pour Paint marks Debbie’s first public exhibition.
