Andy Chappell is an Australian / New Zealand filmmaker and visual storyteller renowned for his ability to capture authentic, emotionally resonant narratives across arts and culture.

Based in regional Victoria, Andy C films cultural experiences, from large scale events to intimate interviews, and edits stories into consumable social media content. With a love for art and culture and a focus on celebrating regional spaces, Andy has collaborated with a wide range of artists, galleries, councils, festivals and special events, highlighting his skill for capturing moments of unique storytelling with his observational style and masterful lighting.
