Material Specialty Session: Works on paper
NEW Date: Friday 18 June 2021
Time:12:00pm - 12.45pm

The session will provide a broad overview of collection care for paper-based works in gallery collections. From the traditional formats of manuscripts and prints to more unusual formats and contemporary media case studies, Ruth Shervington, Senior Conservator of Paper and Louise Wilson, Conservator of Paper, will look at preservation considerations from point of acquisition through to exhibition and display and long-term storage.

The session will include an NGV presentation followed by group discussion and Q&A. If there are any topics you would like covered, please flag when registering for the webinar.
