Material Specialty sessions: Paintings

This session will provide a broad overview of collection care for paintings in gallery collections. Carl Villis, Senior Conservator of Paintings and Raymonda Rajkowski, Conservator of Paintings will consider the handing, display, storage and maintenance of paintings including framed and unframed works, large format paintings as well as specific issues relating to managing Indigenous barks.
