PGAV End of Year Celebration 2025

Join us for an inspiring afternoon celebrating Victoria’s public galleries. Hear from gallery leaders about key issues and highlights from 2025, followed by food, drink and conversation with colleagues.

Late registrations cannot be accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Ticket holders unable to attend may nominate a substitute until 12pm, Thursday 11 December 2025. Notify us of cancellations of substitutions by email: anne.robertson@pgav.ngv.vic.gov.au. Note: special dietary requirement might not be possible.

  • Cancellations received before 12pm, Thursday 11 December 2025 will be refunded. Cancellations after this time are non-refundable.

EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY
Photographs and/or video footage will be taken at the PGAV End of Year Celebration for promotional use on the PGAV website, social media, print publications and other marketing materials.

If you would prefer not to be photographed, or have photographs in which you are featured published, please let us know by emailing anne.robertson@pgav.ngv.vic.gov.au, or speak with a PGAV staff member at the event. 

GETTING TO THE GALLERY
Koorie Heritage Trust is located in the Birrarung Building in the Upper Square of Federation Square. 

Travelling by train: 
You can travel via V/Line train to Melbourne. You can use the PTV Journey Planner to plan your trip. Koorie Heritage Trust is a short walk from Flinders Street Station.

Travelling by car: There is a multi-level car park at Fed Square accessible via Russell Street or Batman Ave (Exhibition Street extension – City Link), see: Access to Fed Square Carpark
