With over 30 years of experience, I am a recognised global voice working with contemporary art and audiences. I came from the UK to work at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MCA) in Sydney in 2015, as Director, Audience Engagement until 2023. My expertise in the visual arts covers access, diversity and inclusion, research and evaluation, public programs, visitor experience training, and creativity and wellbeing.

Coaching and mentoring is also an integral part of my offer, having worked now with over 200 creative people. Current work looks at how to attract and develop audiences, along with a deep understanding of social impact and cohesion through cultural experiences; and the support that creative people need in order to flourish. I have developed an art and wellbeing offer that can adapt to work strategically with cultural organisations of all kinds, big or small, to support them as places that foster well-being, inclusion, diversity and connection.
