As former Executive Director of Res Artis and Arts Residencies Manager at Asialink, Eliza Dawson has a proven track record in cross-cultural exchange, cultivating high-impact partnerships, building capacity and leading diverse teams.

Eliza works across all artforms and international borders to bridge the arts with education, cultural tourism and innovation. Her extensive networks and unique skill set have created demand for independent consultancy work with clients such as Australian Tapestry Workshop, Regional Arts Victoria, and Joshibi University of Art and Design in Japan, as well as local councils and artists.

Eco-certification status for Res Artis (2025)
I achieved eco-certification status for the international network via the SHIFT Culture Program led by Culture for Climate Scotland. I became very aware of the cumulative carbon footprint of a sector embedded in local and international travel, and saw an opportunity to lead by example and make transformational change.
