Dhelk Djakitj means nourishing food and the stunning exhibition artworks are inspired by bush tucker - the food, the people, Country, and stories that bring them together.

This exhibition showcases First Nations bush tucker and the UNESCO City & Region of Gastronomy. Artists have created artworks to reflect their diverse experience and personal connections to bush tucker and Gastronomy through traditional and contemporary art forms.
