PGAV accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage (including consequential and indirect loss or damage) arising directly or indirectly out of the provision of your information and material in the Consultant Directory, including but without limitation a) any arrangement, agreement, contract or working relationship established through the Consultant Directory, and b) any negligence on the part of PGAV. I understand that PGAV is not an employment agency, is not acting as an agent for either the users of the Consultant Directory nor the Consultants, and that the Consultant Directory is an information referral service only. I understand that my including my name (and any other material) in the Consultant Directory, PGAV is not endorsing my qualifications or expertise. I understand that no guarantee is given that employment or business will be given as a result of my profile being referred. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PGAV does not give any warranties in relation to the Consultant Directory. I understand that PGAV may withdraw my name and details from the Consultant Directory and the website at its discretion at any time. I understand that PGAV reserves the right to edit my material for publication.
