During recent months many galleries have begun moving or expanding their retail operations online. Setting up an online store is daunting enough, but then the real work of attracting customers to your site and enticing them to purchase begins.
Created with galleries and arts organisations in mind, this online information session explores the key factors to consider if you are to sell online successfully. Presented by Sarah Weston, Craft Victoria's irrepressible e-commerce devotee, the session will outline different techniques for selling online, effective ways to create captivating content and useful tools to automate customer decision journeys.
Sarah will present a fast-paced 30-minute overview of many of the tips and tricks for success followed by a 30-minute Q&A session.
This program has been developed by Craft to support the growth of ecommerce in the arts sector and is presented in partnership with Public Galleries Association of Victoria (PGAV).
