2022 PGAV Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Friday 24 Jun 2022, 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM

The PGAV will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Art Gallery of Ballarat. For those who cannot attend in person, we will also hold the event on Zoom. Following the AGM, members are welcome to catch up with colleagues over lunch at a nearby restaurant.

AGM & SPECIAL RESOLUTION
The PGAV will hold an Annual General Meeting & to consider and approve: 

  • Minutes of the previous AGM; 
  • President’s Report; 
  • Review of the financial reports to 31 December 2021; 
  • Elect nominees to the Board; and 
  • to pass a Special Resolution. 

NETWORKING LUNCH
Following the AGM, members are welcome to catch up over lunch at nearby café <cafe> (address). Members pay for their own lunch. Places are limited to 20 - please reserve a seat when registering to attend the AGM.

Proxy forms forms have been emailed to PGAV Members, however if you did not receive a copy you can request the form via anne.robertson@pgav.ngv.vic.gov.au. Please note that you must be a PGAV Member to vote.

Time:  AGM: 10:30am - 12pm (Morning tea on arrival) / Lunch: 12:30pm - 2pm
Where: Art Gallery of Ballarat, 40 Lydiard Street North, Ballarat VIC 3350 & via Zoom
Cost: AGM is free to attend; Lunch - members pay for their meal and drinks.
