2020 PGAV Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The PGAV invites you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held online this year.

TIME: 11:00am - 12:00pm

At the AGM, PGAV Members will vote to accept:
1) Minutes of the Previous AGM;
2) the President's Report;
3) the Treasurer's Report, including the Audited Financial Reports to 31 December 2019; and
4) Elect nominees to the Board.

For Voting Members (PGAV Members)
Proxy forms forms have been emailed to PGAV Members, however if you did not receive a copy you can request the form via anne.robertson@pgav.ngv.vic.gov.au. Please note that you must be a PGAV Member to vote.

Guest Speakers at the AGM: We have invited 5 Gallery Directors to speak for 5 minutes each at the AGM - sharing news and new initiatives with the sector. Our guests are:

  • Joshua White, Director, Hamilton Gallery - on his appointment to the gallery, his previous roles and his plans for Hamilton Gallery.
  • Vanessa Gerrans, Director, Warrnambool Art Gallery - on two new First Nations initiatives at WAG.
  • Crystal Stubbs, Director, East Gippsland Art Gallery - on Regenerate, RestART, Renew , a bushfire recovery initiative for the region.
  • Anouska Phizacklea, Director, Monash Gallery of Art - the publication of VIEW FINDING Monash Gallery of Art 1990 - 2020 -  to celebrate the gallery's 30th anniversary.
  • Rebecca Coates, Director, Shepparton Art Museum - update on the transition to the New SAM.
