Tabitha White is Associate Director, Philanthropy and Partnerships at Melbourne Business School (MBS), University of Melbourne, focused on co-designed initiatives to effect positive public value. Prior to MBS, Tabitha supported the University of Melbourne’s Chancellery Engagement strategic priorities and partnerships. Tabitha is an accomplished academic, with her engaged research focused on areas including shared value, cultural audiences, well-being and social impacts of arts experiences, capacity and capability building for non-profit and cultural institutions and sectors, and social and cultural impact. During her career, Tabitha has worked in partnership with organisations including the Australia Council for the Arts, National Gallery of Victoria, VicHealth, City of Melbourne, Melbourne Recital Centre, ACMI, Shepparton Art Museum, the Helen McPherson Smith Trust and Australia Post. Tabitha holds a PhD in Arts Management (Deakin), MA in Museum Studies (Sydney) and BA Communications (UTS).
