Sarina Meuleman is a Creative Producer and Arts Manager with dedicated skills in end-to-end exhibition development and delivery. Having worked within festival and museum institutions across the Victorian cultural sector, she is passionate about driving new and accessible pathways for audiences to engage with the arts. As an organisational manager, Sarina has worked across gallery and festival operations, programming, production, stakeholder engagement and finance. Primary interests include photography and the moving image, community collaboration, and the role of memory and identity in contemporary art and film.

Sarina is the General Manager at Castlemaine Art Museum. In this role, Sarina supports the artistic program and engagement, with an acute focus on organisational sustainability, governance, development and fundraising. Previous roles include Curator and Producer at the Ballarat International Foto Biennale and Film Panellist at the Melbourne International Film Festival. Sarina holds a Master of Arts Management from RMIT University, Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne.
