Olivia Poloni is a Melbourne-based curator and arts leader with over 20 years' experience across public galleries, cultural institutions, commercial galleries, public art, and international arts programs. She is currently Visual Arts Curator at Wyndham Art Gallery (Wyndham City Council) and an Expert Examiner for the Australian Government's Office for the Arts under the Protection of Movable Cultural Heritage Act 1986.

Over the past five years, Olivia has led the strategic redevelopment of Wyndham Art Gallery, including the delivery of purpose-built collection storage; a significant collection digitisation project; and the revitalisation of public engagement, accessibility initiatives and exhibition programming. Her work has focused on strengthening the gallery's role as a civic cultural asset through audience development, collection stewardship, accessibility, and community participation.

Olivia holds a Master of Arts (Curatorship) from the University of Melbourne. She has served on the Merri-bek Arts Advisory Committee, the Melbourne Women in Film Festival Board and as a mentor for the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre. A respected writer and editor, Olivia has contributed to Artlink, Art Monthly, Artist Profile, UN Magazine and the International Network for the Conservation of Contemporary Art.
