Lotti provides advice to not-for-profit organisations about how to measure the "unmeasurable" and communicate their impacts using data and evidence. Lotti has a background in economics and public policy having worked for government and not-for-profit organisations in a range of sectors including the creative arts, education, health, innovation and technology. This included developing a framework for a state economic development department to measure and assess the impact of cultural and creative programs. Lotti O’Dea was also the Observer on PGAV’s Board for 2020.
