Chrystal is Special Counsel in the Intellectual Property team at Corrs Chambers Westgarth Lawyers.  Chrystal has practiced as an intellectual property lawyer for over a decade, gaining expertise across a breadth of IP disciplines (trade marks, geographical indications, designs, patents, confidential information, and consumer protection), while developing a particular passion for copyright law.  Chrystal’s practice includes dispute-related work, particularly litigation in the Federal Court.  Chrystal holds a Masters of Intellectual Property Law from Melbourne University, and has contributed to a number of publications on intellectual property topics.  In addition to her IP work at Corrs, Chrystal undertakes pro bono legal work to assist disadvantaged clients and clients experiencing or at risk of homelessness, through Justice Connect.
