What’s included in Registration
• Full registration includes: Conference dinner (3 courses and drinks) at the Henry Jones Art Hotel, entry and return transport from Hobart to MONA on Day One, return transport from Hobart to MONA on Day Two, catering on Day Two (lunch, morning and afternoon tea).
• Day Rate (Day Two Only) includes: return transport from Hobart to MONA on Day Two, catering (lunch, morning and afternoon tea).

What’s not included in Registration
• Travel to and from Hobart is not included in the Registration Fee, nor is accommodation. Delegates are responsible for these items.

Definition of PGAV Member Rates
• PGAV Member Rates are open to staff (full-time or part-time) and volunteers of non-profit public galleries which are financial members of the PGAV.
• Membership of the PGAV is limited to public galleries in Victoria, therein, for the purposes of the conference, PGAV Member Rates will be extended to staff and volunteers at non-for-profit public galleries in the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Northern Territory, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania and Western Australia.

Payment and Confirmation
• Payment must be received in full before the conference begins on 30 August 2012.
• Registration Forms must be received by the Early Bird deadline close of business Friday 17 August 2012 to receive the discount.
• Confirmation of your registration will be sent via email within 24hrs of receiving your Registration Form. If you have not received confirmation after this time, please contact PGAV to ensure your form has been received.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
• If you notify the PGAV via email or fax of your inability to attend at least 10 working days before the conference you will receive a full refund.
• If you notify the PGAV of your inability to attend less than 10 working days before the conference and we are able to fill your place, you will receive a refund less a $50 administration fee. In the event the PGAV cannot fill your place, you will not be issued with a refund.
• If you do not notify the PGAV of your inability to attend, you will not receive a refund.
