Board members
The PGAV is an incorporated association, managed by an elected Board. Its programmes are organised by the Executive Officer, Merle Hathaway.
The Board has four members who are professional and permanent staff of metropolitan galleries, four are professional staff of regional galleries and four members are “unspecified” positions. There is also one person nominated by the Director of the National Gallery of Victoria, which hosts the office of the PGAV.
Board members have a maximum tenure of 4 years, and are elected by the members at the Anual General Meeting.
